  1. Comprehend Pro Login Guide - 10/03/07

    This tutorial guides you in accessing and logging into Comprehend Pro. It also illustrates the various options in Comprehend Pro itself. It's all you need to know for moving forward with Comprehend Pro.
  2. Comprehend Pro Presentation Update - 09/27/07

    Comprehend Pro has been updated to include the basic presentation features requested by school districts. We are certainly excited about this feature as it will significantly make administrators and teachers' work on data-specific tasks straight forward and easy. For example, a simple presentation can have various reports on Regular Students. You won't need to remember what filters need to be turned on to disaggregate data. The presentation does it for you!

    Other features to be added quickly include:
    • Ability to allow access to presentations by group.
    • Change the order of presentation-based reports.
    • Remove a particular report in a presentation.
    • Set one or more groups' permissions so a group member can make presentations for use across the district.
    • Rename a slide a report is in.
    Oh! You will be able to create presentations of data across any data sets. For example, you will be able to integrate reports from, let's say, NWEA, and also reports from OCCT data all in one presentation. Think of the types of questions you can address with that!

  3. New Users and Groups Interface: It's Easier! - 09/20/07

    Based on feedback we have been able to greatly simplify the Users and Groups Settings page. This page is only available to Comprehend Pro district administrators.

    An additional option will be added to this page allowing you to set access privileges by group to each presentation.
  4. Setting Up Comprehend Groups - 08/28/07

    We can now set up groups and add users to Comprehend Pro. This allows you to set access privileges for individuals to specific data sets. Check out the video on how to set up groups.   5. Users & Groups Tutorial - 09/05/07

    This tutorial can be printed off and used as a reference for setting up your users and groups. This tutorial is also available in the Comp Pro Help bin as of 9/5/2007. Click here for a printable version.

    ALCA is also developing a brief tutorial in this format for teachers. It will focus on issues with logging in and basic use of Comprehend Pro.
