Standards Domain

The Standards Domain addresses all form of standards. In addition to learning and professional standards, standard vocabulary, professional competencies, and standard best practices are also addressed in the domain.

Any concepts that apply across all domains reside in the Standards Domain as well. For example, concepts including Depth of Knowledge (DoK), Bloom Levels, and designated state-mandated performance levels would be addressed in the Standards Domain. As a result, state education agency documents would be a particular focus (e.g., Testing Blueprints, Test and Item Specifications, Curriculum Standards).

The Standards Domain provides the foundation for dialogue essential for you to be successful within your district's PLC.
