The Mapping Domain addresses anything associated with Standards Mapping. Standards Mapping addresses two processes.

First, the unwrapping of learning or professional standards into content, skills, Depth of Knowledge, Learning Targets, Big Ideas, and Essential Questions into a graphic organizer.

Second, the wrapping process where the unwrapped content is aligned to the educational resources including, but not limited to, lesson plans, units of study, activities, educational resources, rubrics, or test items.
