Interaction between Framework Layers Cognitively moving through the different Framework Layers involves personal reflection and over time team reflections. As one moves toward the center it involves increased collaborative interaction on the part of a site or district's Professional Learning Community. The result leads to common implementation of a topic's basic research and concepts, tools, and plans.Each component of the Venn Diagram below involves, if not requires, a different cognitive orientation or application of the overlapping parts. As you move inward the parts build on each other where finally, one's PLC is actively engaging all elements and strategies in the using the topic's applications. |
