The ability to find, organize, and analyze data to meet the goal of success for all students is an expectation of today's school leaders (Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium, 1996). Data have the power to reveal what is working well in a school and also to reveal the gaps between what a school hopes to achieve and its current state (Zmuda, Kuklis, & Kline, 2004).
