This trip is a school sponsored field trip.  In order for ___________________________________ (student name) may participate, Enid Public Schools needs parents/guardians permission to be able to seek medical attention if needed.  We will be leaving at start of 2nd hr from the West side of high school and return at end of 6th period.  On Wednesday Feb 12th, we will be touring the City of Enid water works center, sewage treatment facility, and landfill.  We will be outside most of the time so prepared to dress warmly.
