Field Trip


Parent Permission Form
 
This trip is a school sponsored field trip.  In order for ___________________________________ (student name) may participate, Enid Public Schools needs parents/guardians permission to be able to seek medical attention if needed.  We will be leaving at 7:30AM from the East student parking lot and return about 3:30PM.  Students need to bring $10 for lunch or bring a sack lunch.  We will be touring outside as well.  Forcast is for temps to be in the 70s.
