  2. Conduct in-depth data analysis to establish baseline data to evaluate curriculum and programs
    1. Establish baseline data for the district, site, group using ALL group
    2. Establish baseline data for the site using ALL group
    3. Establish baseline data for each teacher using ALL group
    4. Strengths and weaknesses identified for each performance group (Advance, Satisfactory/Proficient, Limited Knowledge, Unsatisfactory)
       
  3. Disaggregate subgroup data
    1. Establish baseline data for the district, site, group for sub groups
    2. Establish baseline data for the site for sub groups
    3. Establish baseline data for each teacher for sub groups
    4. Strengths and weaknesses identified for each performance group (Advanced, Satisfactory/Proficient, Limited Knowledge, Unsatisfactory)
      PRODUCT: Create Table of Identified Strengths and Weaknesses for all above sub groups.
       
  4. Generate reports (including performance, OPI, SOPI) for the sub groups to predict which groups need to support through acceleration or remediation/intervention strategies
     
  5. Transfer all data information to the appropriate grade and subject team members to analyze incoming students.
     
  6. Specific teachers for each grade and subject should identify students enrolled in their current classes and conduct in-depth analysis strategies on their students by class and/or section assignment.  Teachers should then generate reports (including performance, OPI, SOPI) for their classes and sub groups to predict which individual students need support through acceleration or remediation/intervention strategies.
