A "Day With Lit" professional development opportunity will be held at OCIC, 207 E. Main, Hominy on February 16.
Oklahoma author, Anna Myers, will present in the morning. Using her books and lesson plans incorporating PASS, she will demonstrate the use of her books, Assassin and Spy, as a cross-curricular lesson for the classroom.
Kelly Curtright, OSDE, will present his great program "Cutting Leuss with Dr. Seuss" in the afternoon.
This is a great opportunity for US history teachers especially of grades 3rd-8th.
