Use an encyclopedia to find out the difference between a tree and a bush.
Use the table to record information you gather.
Count trees and bushes found in your yard, both front and back.
Record information you have gathered on number of trees/bushes on your table.
Use the information you've gathered to calculate the ratio of trees to bushes.
Use the information gathered to calculate the percentage of trees and bushes.
Compile each student's information into a class average.
