Learning Teams (PLT)
A Professional Learning Team is a focused group of members addressing specific content or processes for the benefit of the larger learning community.
Tools used to monitor training include survey feedback and/or Concern Based Adoption Model (CBAM). A philosphy based on Total Quality Learning drives our trainers. The result, ALCA provides training using data driven processes that impacts cultural changes within a learning community.
Services engage learning com- munities by looking at data and communities culture. Training begins with standards and data derived from them. Face to face with online resources equip learning communitities to improve and document learning through the school year.

Check on the latest from ALCA ... Professional Development Management - Teachers maintain PD record online. In 5 minutes, administrators get a report. Administrative Tools - Administrative tools for eligibility, detention records, and more are available. Arch Server - Great things are now easier to do on the new Arch Server. ODCTE collaboration, resulted in new resources. Comprehend school district staff may login and start exploring. Comprehend - Final EOI data expected about August 15th. Send to ALCA to get it on Comprehend for beginning of school. Standards-based Resources and Processes - ALCA is developing teacher environment to "check" use of standards in the classroom.
