Enrolling into a Room

This tutorial guides you through enrolling in your District's PLC Room and the PLC Tasks Room.

Steps

  1. Go to the ALCA Community

    Go to the ALCA Community's web site using the url below.
  2. Click Login Link

    Click the Login link to log into your ALCA Desktop.
  3. Log In

    Inter your username and password and click the Login button.
  4. Click District PLC's Link

    Click the District PLC’s link to access the K-12 Professional Learning Communities
  5. Select Your District's PLC

    Select your District's PLC from the popup menu located under the state map.
  6. Click Enroll

    Click the Enroll bin to enroll in your district's Professional Learning Community (PLC) Room.
  7. Enter Enroll Password

    Enter the enrollment password provided. Then, click the Access button.
  8. Finish Enrollment

    Click the click here link to complete the enrollment process.
  9. Click PLC Tasks Bin

    Click the PLC Tasks bin to go to the PLC Tasks Room.
  10. Enroll into the PLC Tasks

    Repeat steps 6 through 8 above.

    Once you have enrolled, you may now want to begin conducting the tasks in the Room. The resources below demonstrate how you can conduct the tasks.
