This is the case with vocabulary. Often our individual understanding of what a particular word is different then the rest of those in the room. This often results in misinterpretations even when looking at data.
Reflect on the importance of a PLC starting with a very clear understanding of the vocabulary to be used for collaborative decision making and planning.
