Data L2 Activity - Identifying OPI Growth Trends Across all Groups

This report allows you to see the trend associated with the group aggregate OPI (Oklahoma Performance Index) score. With the selected OPI Score Report be sure you are looking at the long range trend (multiple bars to compare OPI trend).
  • Goal is to have the OPI score increasing every year.  
  • Goals is to have the OPI group average in the 800 range.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Creating an OPI Score Report

    1. Close all filters (except OMAAP, see note below) so you are looking at a trend analysis for several years.
    2. Click the 3) Generate Reports section.
    3. Click the Aggregate OPI Score reports option.
    4. Click the All option.  
    5. Select other Aggregate OPI Score reports to analyze disaggregated data across subgroups.




    Note: Be sure to filter your data with the No option selected in the OMAAP filter option.  The OMAAP scores are different from non-OMAAP scores and results in incorrect results.
