Power Thinking

Power Thinking is an alternative system for outlining information.  Information is placed in Power Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, etc that is hierarchical in nature. Information can be grouped according to main ideas, subtopics, and details.

  1. Main Idea (Power 1)

    Identify the main idea, thesis, or topic.  List this as #1 initiating the outline.
  2. Subtopic (Power 2)

    For the main idea, thesis, or topic, identify the subtopics, categories, or details of Power 1.  Indent and list as #2.
  3. Subtopic (Power 3)

    Identify the subtopics, categories, or details of Power 2.  Indent and list as #3.

    3:  Nucleus
