Emotions are always a good subject matter for          
     poems .

Everyone at some time or another has felt sadness,
      fear, happiness, and hundreds of other emotions.

First, the emotion should be given color, then how
      the emotion smells, tastes, sounds, and feels.

 Despair is Darth Vader black

Sound like hungry children crying

Tastes of castor oil

Smell like over cooked spinach

Stinging like paper cuts

Success is bright sky blue.

Stadiums of cheering crowds

tastes like peanut butter

feels like crisp new money in your hands

Boredom staggers around like the Walking Dead.

It smells like old dust on old shelves

Tastes like garlic salt and lemons

sounds echoing like a painful scream in a cavern

feels like numb gums and lips at the dentist
