Comprehend Pro Access & Login

This guide provides one method for accessing Comprehend Pro from the Aurora Learning Community Association's (ALCA) home web site.


Steps

  1. Accessing the ALCA Web Site

    To access Comprehend Pro:
    1. Start your web browser program.
    2. Enter http://www.alcaweb.org in the Url field.
    3. Click the Return or Enter key.
    The ALCA web site's home page appears.


  2. Accessing the Oklahoma PLC Districts

    Click on the K12 Education link near the top of the web page.

    The Room containing the links to Oklahoma's Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) appear.

  3. Select Your PLC

    Click the Select K12 Community popup menu. Then, select your school district's PLC room.

    Your school district's PLC room appears.

  4. Comprehend Pro

    Click the Comprehend Login link on the left side of the web page.

    The Comprehend Login page appears.

  5. Comprehend Pro Login Button

    Click the Comprehend Login button.

    A second browser window appears with the Comprehend Pro Login screen.

  6. Enter Username & Password

    Enter your Username and Password. Then, click the Login button.

    The FERPA Acceptance page appears.

  7. Accept FERPA

    Read the FERPA conditions. Click the I Understand And Accept button to accept and access your Comprehend data.

  8. Comprehend Welcome Page

    The Comprehend Welcome Page appears ready for you to explore your data.

    To view a particular data set:
    1. Click the 1) Select Data Set popup menu.
    2. Select the desired data set.
    The desired data set is displayed in a data table.

    If the desired data set is already selected, click the green
    DATA TABLE link at the top of the page.
