Using a File Resource Over thirty types of files can be uploaded into an ALCA Community in the form of a File Resource. A File Resource includes a title, description, keywords, and any appropriate standards associated with it. The original file can be updated by clicking the "Modify Upload" button and replacing the old file with the new one without losing the file's other information. Related files can be placed in a Folder Resource, which can be linked to areas in the community where the files will be used for specific tasks. Close Window
