Diverse instructional strategies are now possible including traditional, blended, and electronic learning. A broad range of curricular resources used with these three forms of delivery provides a broad range of potentially engaging learning and professional development while also embedding 21st Century Skills.

Through professional development face to face or continuous support through the school year using online resources, PLC-oriented professional tasks, or discussions, ALCA is pursuing and sharing research-based instructional strategies and supports to facilitate professional growth and student learning.
