CCSS.Math.200.jpgThe following forms can be used to order Common Core State Standards thread charts and trifolds. 

  1. ALCA Printed Materials Order Form (Excel)

    The Excel version of the ALCA Printed Materials Order Form can be used to calculate the costs of the items selected as you enter the quatities desired.  Once completed, the order form can be emailed directly to Lisa Burrell at lburrell@alcaweb.org or if preferred, it can be printed and faxed to ALCA at (580) 227-4913.

  2. ALCA Printed Materials Order Form (pdf)

    This order form is in the pdf format. One can download the pdf and open it. Once opened, the quantity and cost fields can be competed and saved. Then, the completed form can be emailed to Lisa Burrell at lburrell@alcaweb.org or printed and faxed using (580) 227-4913.

  3. K-12 Writing Threads Chart for the Common Core

    This chart consists of the Kindergarden through twelfth grade Common Core State Standards for Writing. The chart includes the concept threads for each standard indicating the strong vertical alignment between them.

  4. CCSS Writing 5-6-7 Trifold.pdf

    This tabloid-sized trifold displays three grades (e.g., 5, 6, 7) conveying the prior, present, and future knowledge for
    the learner in the Sixth grade. This knowledge is illustated using threads connecting vertically aligned standards.
